What we collect

When you sign in, TaleMoi receives your ChatGPT account identifier, email address, and possibly your name. We also store your daily creation count, subscription status, content requests needed to operate the service, and basic product events. Website analytics include page views and actions such as language, tool, and plan selections. If you join our mailing list, we store your email and language preference.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the service, apply plan limits, connect payments to the right account, understand which features are useful, improve TaleMoi, prevent abuse, and communicate with you when requested.

Service providers

OpenAI processes content to generate drafts. Stripe processes payments. PostHog provides website analytics. Our hosting and database providers store and deliver the application. Their own privacy terms also apply.

Your choices

TaleMoi respects your browser’s Do Not Track preference and does not use analytics session recording. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your TaleMoi information by using our contact page. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential client information in a content request.
